NEVER again!! Staff was rude....

Liked: It was close to event we were attending.
Disliked: Our room was gross. Holes in sheets. Broken curtains. Smelled bad. Tub was rusty. Remote didn’t work. The dresser was broken. Literally cracked on the one side.

The worst experience I’ve ever...

Disliked: There were bed bugs, the staff was terrible !!!! People were eating in the dinning area, the staff gave those people a broom, cleaners and cloths and asked them to wipe up tables and sweep. People pay to stay there- that was unexpectable. Rude,

Liked: The night staff lady moved us to another room once we seen the bed bug. She was apologetic and contacted the manager, that she nor us heard from at all.

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location. Quiet.
Disliked: There wasn't a hot breakfast. There wasn't extra bed linens for the pullout sofa. One of the bottles of bathroom toiletries was used and half empty. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. Poor lighting- only lamps no overhead fixtures.
