Liked: We did not seat because they had a no pet policy even though we had written to them and they had responded positively. If I had been willing to lie and say our dog was a service animal, they would have been able to find a room on the 3rd floor though I had written handicap accessible 1st floor room. Rude, unacceptable service. Certainly not what you would expect after an 8 hour drive. Went next door and received a hotel recommendation for sure stay by Best Western. Service was terrific and they were both people and pet frienfly

Disliked: make sure the bathroom and appliance are clean and the only there was one lady( black) who had great customer service she was nice she didn't rush after my family had been on the road for hour she was very patient Thanks alot

Liked: Luggage carts. Very quiet ac/heat system in the room. Nice breakfast area with plenty of tables and seats. Property seemed to be fairly new. Biscuits for breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in Room 202. Everything was fine except the TV faced the beds and did not rotate to where those on the sofa could see it. What a strange design! Lack of enough lighting in cabinet area under the TV. The usual fake eggs. Tiny orange juice glasses.

Never want anybody to experience...

Liked: Breakfast OK as was the location of the kitchen
Disliked: Bathtub/shower was filthy. Indoor pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hears. The depth signs were black with with dirt and the pool deck was littered with bugs and trash. Water was OK. I doubt that Sleep HQ has inspected this place in years.
