The hotel from hell!!!

Liked: The night staff was very nice
Disliked: I didn't like anything about it. The elevator didn't work. We had to walk 3 flights of stairs. The first room had spiders in the bed. The hotel water didn't work. The second room had weird bugs crawling around. The water was just warm. It was stains on covers. Moved to the THIRD room had to bring all belongings back down the STAIRS to the room the curtains had mold the air conditioning unit had white stuff on it. Housekeeping just walked in without knocking started doing something to the air conditioning unit. About two hours later another person just walked in. To get in pool you have to sign in and out at front desk. Was informed by front desk that a 5 year old drowned and that's why sign in is required.The water in the pool was cold. Breakfast was not available until after 7. The yogurt was hot because refrigerator didn't work. Was only offered 76 dollars back. Will not ever stay here again. Do not recommend anyone stay here.

Disliked: The room I stayed in the door didn’t lock and I didn’t know until I woke up in the morning and when I went to the front desk to inform the clerk I was given the run around at first then I was put in another room on the 3rd floor now mind you the elevator wasn’t working so then me and my pregnant daughter and grandson had to carry all our belongings up the stairs ti the next room. I asked for a discount and was told I couldn’t receive a discount because I went through Booking

Liked: Nothing. I booked a room through booking.com. I have a disability. Upon arrival, I was told the elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor and they refused to give me my $118 dollars back. I never saw the room because I was unable to make it to the 3rd floor by stairs. The woman receptionist on evening shift refused to give me her name. The night 11-7 receptionist refused to give me his name and told me the lady told him not to tell me her name either. I was on the phone with booking.com to get a refund and they needed to talk to a hotel representative to validate what was happening he would not answer the phone. I asked the night shift receptionist could he answer the phone. He was walking around doing other stuff listening to it ring. He replied when I finish doing what I'm doing. After about 15 minutes he answered the phone and said he couldnt make that decisions a manager had to. I asked him to call a manager he refused told me I was on private property and tried to kick me out the hotel. He threatened to call the police i told him please do. He then replied YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS GOT TO DO TOO MUCH!!! I have a paid for room in this hotel SIR!!! A police just happened to come through at the time. We told him the situation. Then the male receptionist calls his manager who tells him to tell me he will refund my money in front of the police. So my husband and I left. I was in that lobby trying to get resolution to my refund for over an hour and a half. Management said they would approve my refund but I never received my money back from the hotel or booking.com. They ruined my Valentines Day with my husband. They are horrible and unprofessional and I wouldnt stay there for FREE!!! RUN IF YOU CAN!!! IF YOU CAN HELP IT DO NOT DO IT!!!
Disliked: Not anything about the place it was horrible. Customer service on evening and night shift were bottom tier 0.They ruined my Valentines Day with my husband.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was very friendly and nice. The white man at night was rude and angry
Disliked: The elevator wasn't working. The pool was freezing cold. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong. The bed was itchy.
