Very kind staff. Terrible room.

Liked: The location and staff were absolutely wonderful.
Disliked: We stayed last year in November, and came back because we thought it was reasonably clean and comfortable. This year we were put in a terrible room. The air blower vents were covered in dust. The carpets were disgusting. The mattress in the pullout couch was so stained I decided to sleep on top of the couch, but the couch was falling in on itself. The bathtub wouldn’t drain quickly. We were in room 225. The common areas of the property seemed fine and reasonably clean.
