Disliked: Mold in the bathroom.The attendant when we arrived had a sign on the counter saying she was busy and would return shortly.We waited 10 minutes, while she walked in and out of the lobby a few times. Not even noticing us. We had to go find her and tell her we needed to check in. She said she thought we were checking out.(1) If we're checking out, we STILL need to talk to an employee. (2) How can you look at a person and guess whether they're checking in or out? That just sounded like an excuse for her being unable to multi-task.
