Liked: Helpful staff, clean rooms
Disliked: AC did not work in first room, had to change rooms! Breakfast was not acceptable, no yogurt eggs , bagels crumbly & stale

Disliked: Every time I stay here trying to get a luggage cart is a BIG issue. Hal’s and elevator especially dirty. Water pressure and hot water are an issue.
