Liked: The facility was much better than I expected. The bathroom was completely renovated and the room is very clean. The breakfast was disappointing, but on the other hand, at least there was something offered for breakfast.

Bummed about poor communication

Liked: Had a pool.
Disliked: I didn’t have the room I was supposed to. I spent over an hour the night before with booking.com. I received a confirmation email, but the hotel had no information about this communication and room change despite my confirmation email. No attempt to make it any better. Just an overpriced room. If this hotel and booking.com cannot communicate, then maybe they shouldn’t be associated.

Liked: Check In and Check Out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast was a step above most other places I have stayed. I felt safe and secure, and felt my vehicle was safe and secure. Guest Parking was located away from the main street and well lighted. Quick access to the main Highway. Great Stay!
Disliked: Front desk was vacant when I wanted to check out (left a note saying they would be back soon, but no time) I found another staff member who helped me out. That was the only issue I had during the entire stay.
