Liked: Very nice hotel. The young lady at the front desk,Tempress, was so upbeat and smiled all the time. She made our stay special with her positive attitude. She is definitely an asset to Comfort Suites!

Disliked: the beds were extremely uncomfortable. pillows were flat. room service never came to clean or pick up trash during my multiple night stay. i asked for extra towels which i did not receive. requested crib which was approved by hotel and also never got one.
