Disliked: No hot water. Told me the pool was still closed because of Covid. Still???Water faucets are still covered in plastic. Lobby bathroom was filthy.

I wasn’t thrilled.

Liked: I stayed for 3days. Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk was personable and friendly.Continental breakfast was decent.
Disliked: NO CLEAN SHEETS.. for my three day stay the most frustrating thing was not having clean sheets. I spoke directly with the cleaning staff and asked for my room to be cleaned on Saturday after noticing there was no intent to clean the room. When I got back to the room, Saturday afternoon, they only gave me clean towels and made up the bed With the old dirty sheets. SMH

Disliked: Me and my family stayed in room 304. We found two bedbugs in one of the beds. We took the bedbug we killed as well as a live one in a coffee cup down to the office after the man said he would be up in two minutes which he never came . When we get to the desk to show him he says it not a bedbug it’s a roach. Like that’s any better. I have a video of the conversation with the staff member as well as pictures and video of the bed bugs crawling on the mattress. He then say they just treated the hotel the day before. All he could say it’s nothing he can do. At least acknowledge that is a bed bug problem in this hotel.
