Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: The room I was given had bed bugs and my children and I were bitten multiple times. I got up called the desk at 5:40am and let them know I would be leaving and packed our bags.

Great and friendly

Liked: I checked into another hotel that I wasn’t happy with and at 12 am the clerk at comfort welcomed me and my young son in with open arms and a great attitude!!! Thank you
Disliked: The pillows could of been better they were pretty flat

Very disappointed and disgusted in...

Liked: The front desk staff were wonderful. Very professional and helpful.
Disliked: The first room hadn't been cleaned. The second room was not accessible due to tools in front of the door. The third room appeared cleaned until I went into the bathroom. The sink was filthy. The shower had hair in it. The sink at the coffee bar was also dirty. When I went to the front desk to report the sink I was informed that no cleaning staff were on the property. The pillows were the size of couch pillows and lumpy. If we had not been so tired I would have left, but we convinced ourselves it was only for the night, but I did strip the bed down before using it, along with inspecting it.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: I had to pay a deposit, which was fine. But it has taken forever for my deposit to be refunded back to me . Every time I call I get the run around. Very disappointed and dissatisfied...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the morning staff was very very kind and friendly. The rooms were also clean.
Disliked: There was construction going on in the hotel, we weren't bothered by any noise or anything like that but there was a funky smell in the hallways that maybe came from that. The bathroom in our room was so small that you had to squeeze in through a crack because the door hit the toilet and would not open all the way. The shower itself was also quite small but not unbearable so. Maybe bring your own pillows, their pillows were the size of throw pillows and a little uncomfortable.

Liked: I didn’t like nothing.
Disliked: They were renovating and boards where on the window. They had a mattress standing up to a window.

It was okay for 1...

Liked: The room.had a horrible mold smell in it.
Disliked: It was super clean, lighting was horrible and it was cold.

We truly enjoyed our weekend...
