Liked: The staff were nice. The location was good. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Our first room had no heat, a broken fridge, a broken phone, and our children found a vape in the sofa bed they were supposed to sleep on. We were moved to a new room where the heat started smelling funny above 70 degrees and the lock to the bathroom door was broken. It was pretty dark when we got there and the next day we realized that our comforter was shredded in places, just all ripped up like an animal had gotten into it. It should have been tossed in the trash. The sheets and blankets had stains, the shades to the lights were stained, the couch cushions had stains. The whole room was very beat up, just marks and stains everywhere. The layout was odd. The design of the bathroom was very poor. The door came within mm of the toilet and the tub. Someone had originally installed a curved shower curtain before realizing the door would hit it and then moved the shower curtain in a foot so there was almost no space in the shower since the curved in parts at the end cut off half the tub on both ends. The hallway smelled disgusting.

I believe now I deserve...

Disliked: This is my second time there in the last month and both times I went there so the kids could swim and the pool heater is broken and they could not utilize pool
