Liked: I was very satisfied with my stay at Comfort Suites. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering us free cribs for our baby. The bed and couch were both very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful stay. The location was ideal, with convenient parking, making our experience hassle-free.We booked this room for our Leavenworth trip, and the hotel’s proximity—just a 25-minute drive—made it a perfect choice. Best of all, it saved us over $150 compared to staying at a hotel in Leavenworth. Overall, this was a great value and a fantastic experience!
Disliked: One area for improvement would be the gym. A larger gym room with more equipment would be a great addition to enhance the overall experience.

Liked: Kind bed was comfortable. Liked that tea was available. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Hideabed was a joke. Rooms are advertised for more than 2 when no one can sleep on those hidabed. The mattress was just springs, very thin and it had springs missing so the “mattress” sunk. Springs were just poking your ribs or knees or bad. We were not offered any solution.
