Good for a short stay...

Liked: Comfortable bed and good shower, spacious room, breakfast was decent, laundry services, good parking Hotel was pretty dated, lift very slow, reception staff weren’t able to give recommendations on Sequoia National Park

Liked: We had stayed there before ,the room was small,the bed was comfy , the bathroom was different. I don't know who's room was on top of our but it sounded like someone was stomping through out the night.
Disliked: I liked the other stay before not so much this time.

Comfortable and well managed property.

Liked: Room very adequate, bed, pillows/bedding very comfortable. Location excellent.
Disliked: Requested an accessible room, primarily for a toilet at a higher height, and this did not transpire. We missed breakfast, would be helpful if the time could be extended to 10 a.m., instead of a closing time of 9:30.

First time staying in Visalia,...

Liked: The room was very nice, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The neighborhood was good with nice eating places around the corner.
Disliked: The check-in process was a little wonky, but once I figured out where to park to check-in and the staff helped me to park in the free hotel area I was good! Also, the room had 2 TVs, but the one across from the bed didn't work. Not a big loss though.
