Liked: Comfort Suites exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, large and we enjoyed having a couch to hang out on. The pool area was clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot, well stocked and spotless. We enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations also. We will stay here again.

Disliked: the mattresses were very hard (several people complained about that) we had a wedding at the events center no one could check in early and we were told it would not be a problem, your system went down, people were rushed, not enough front desk staff, every time someone tried to book a room through the block the last six months, they had a bad experience, for the money that was spent i would not recommend this hotel in the future;
