Excellent Stay

Liked: The location, near the University
Disliked: I think the breakfast could have been better. There was no serving spoons, no milk.

A very old and bad...

Liked: The indoor pool. It was the only reason we got it.
Disliked: Its very old and not well maintained. We had plan to stay and watch tv. The tv didn’t work. Someone went to check and just apologized. In the morning one of us was lucky to take a shower bcse after that shower we had a pool in the room!! So upsetting

It was good and convenient,...

Liked: The breakfast was good, enough to choose from. Eggs sausages, potatoes, different breads, cereal, waffles. etc. staff is polite.
Disliked: The beds are hard, and my bathroom was dirty. Wasn’t filthy but looked like it had a quick wipe down. But not clean.

Exceptional

Liked: All staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Two of the USB ports that I tried to use to charge my phones did not work, which I failed to realize for a few hours. Eventually I switched to another port within the room that did work, do problem averted.

Great ,except food.

Liked: They ran out of breakfast by 8amTwo schools with band kids wiped out the breakfast. Me and my wife had to go buy breakfast elsewhere.
Disliked: More food availability according to guest reservations.

Disliked: Pictures lie about the way hotel actually looks
