Liked: Easy to find; clean rooms.
Disliked: Ice maker broken on my floor.

First room we were given was awful so I had to get our stuff and go back down to ask for another room. The pool was nasty and there were yellow jackets near the outdoor table by the pool where we were sitting, along with ants. It just didn't seem like a clean, upgraded hotel. I will never stay there again. I am not happy with the stay there. I was there with my daughter for a concert which was great and she loves to swim but said the pool was nasty and smelled like pee. We went to another concert in Atlanta before the 4th of July and got a much nicer room for less money than this one in Charlotte.

Disliked: First room was nasty and smelled of smoke; mildew.

Old hotel that badly needs refurbishing. It has great potential but it just hasn't been updated in many years. Breakfast was minimal. We ate elsewhere.

Liked: Fairly clean.
Disliked: Everything old and outdated.

Uncomfortable Outside your promises in...

Liked: The facility in part that it was gonna be a lovely stay but in being out of town and having my father pay for everything.Once I arrived, I could not get in because my father wasn't there with his card but he booked it online. SoI had to stay the night outside.You're building until my father could get to a store to wire me with some money the next day Totally unsatisfied. We asked all questions before no one ever said that my father had to be present.

Liked: Room was decent sized- beds were comfortable. Room stayed cold
Disliked: Trucks window was busted out- cops wouldn’t even come. The location isn’t great. There were several people walking around that weren’t guests of the property. There is a bar/club on the other side of the fence. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and gross sausage patties or links with watery gravy.
