Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: When we got there and got the key for our room, the key will not work. The issue has another set. Still wouldn’t the staff with the master key couldn’t get into that room. We had to get a whole new room.And the breakfast wasn’t worth it not too good of a selection for people who can’t eat certain things almost everything they had from a whole day that’s only able to eat one item

Liked: Staff and location were great. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: No blackout drapes, TV was very dark and remote didn't work, breakfast was weak. Hardly any guests but people above us stomped around. Should have been assigned room with no one directly above.

Liked: Staff was pleasant and attentive to situations that came about.
Disliked: I didn't like that my son found a syringe in the closet on the shelf where the bedding should have been.

Disliked: the men working was creepy kept trying to get in my room at 2:30 in the morning i got woken up to the key card beeping and the door trying to open thank goodness i had the metal lock latched

Friendly staff, but a disgustingly...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: It was so disgustingly dirty in the room that I would never stay at this location again. The sheets and pillows were stained with urine and dirt. We would not have been upset if the location was cheap, but for $165 for the night, it was not worth it. We will not be returning.
