Disappointed

Liked: The room was falsely advertised. When we got there it was nothing like the room that I paid for that was online. The price should have reflected the way the room was.
Disliked: Everything I travel quite a bit and by far one of the worst rooms I had ever stayed in. And this was considered a suite

Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: Went to see the bama vs mercer game. Staff was amazing hotel was clean and perfect and breakfast was amazing. They even had snacks out and set up with bama signs. It was amazing for our first time to the game.

Disliked: The fact that this and other hotels quadruple the price charged for game weekends. It’s outrageous.

Disliked: Room did not smell good. Couldn’t open the window to freshen air.

Disliked: The property manager discriminated against me and two other black families that stayed at the hotel her name was Elizabeth. She was very rude and made our stay there a living hell will never go back to this hotel I’m calling me a lawyer about the situation

Disappointing

Liked: Location and size of room
Disliked: They gave us the room key to room 201. I unlocked the door and walked in to another family already in the room. This scared them and us. Went back down and was changed to another room. Management was aware and was supposed to apply a discount which i have not received. This was embarrassing to us and the other family along with the hotel. My children were with me and this could have been a bad situation.

Disliked: Mold in shower caulk & overhead light in shower didn’t work
