Disappointing

Disliked: The room and stay was supposed to be ' accessable ' and I do not feel it was. The room was on the 3rd floor and at the end of the hall, how is that accessible to someone who needs a cane to get around. The room did not have a walk in shower but a tub.

Liked: Overall the interior and the breakfast offerings was among the best of Quality Inns I've stayed at.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my liking. And the location of the chair and couch was subpar. You couldn't watch the TV from the chair and couch.

Liked: The pool wasn’t working in August 2024 and still wasn’t working when we visited in November 2024.
Disliked: Checking in was ridiculous already paid on booking.com took me 20 mins or more the staff said I had to pay again or told me to get ahold of booking.com wow really that’s not my job since I already paid!
