Liked: Price and location, the staff was very friendly 1.
Disliked: The bed was to close to the ac unit you could hardly walk around the bed. Need to consider re doing the rooms and move the bed. The ac unit can not operate correctly because the bed bl ocks the front of the ac unit. The carpet tack strip is exposed.

Liked: Front desk lady and staff was great. My husband and I had a bad experience at another hotel down the road so we had to find another hotel and Comfort Inn helped us out with a great room and stay. We are from Colorado and had came for a Wedding in Kansas.

Liked: Nothing other than convenience of being right off I70 and easy to locate
Disliked: The hotel room was filthy, carpet was worn & stained, couch so dirty wouldnt sit on, door locked & security bar in place could see directly out in hall, didnt shower d/t filthy tub, no evidence of bed bugs, left belongings in car-slept few hrs & left

Liked: The location was great and their breakfast is really good.
Disliked: The problem we had was the air conditioner would not stay on.

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Nice couch area. Hot breakfast.
Disliked: Shelf in bathroom was falling off. Tub did not have stopper.

Liked: The location of the hotel was off the beaten path and in a quieter setting. The breakfast was better than typical breakfast menu.

Disliked: The pictures on website were inaccurate. Carpets were filthy, walls dirty, stains on blankets and pull out. We found bugs crawling on wall, WiFi was down, dryer was down, no towels at pool. Staff seemed hectic and unfocused.

Liked: The location is good for me when I stay in Topeka. The breakfast is also good. The staff is friendly and tries hard.
Disliked: The hotel is under construction and is a mess in certain areas. The remodel is very poor quality. The caulking in the bathroom looks like a five year old did it. The toilet lid was broken. The shower head is good. The sofa feels scritchy. Ugh.
