Disliked: Our hotel room was not clean. We did not even have sheets on the bed or on the pullout couch. It doesn’t appear like the bathroom floor has been swept or mopped in weeks. There was hairs all over the shower walls. The entire hotel is disgusting.

Liked: Breakfast was terrible. Eggs cold, bacon soft, out of tea. Settled for dry cereal and milk.
Disliked: First room was not prepped. Front desk attendant was surprised when we came back. He came up immediately to see and promptly got us another room. Our room had only bath towel. Maids might be overworked. Room was clean and comfortable . Get the ice machine on the second floor replaced.

Liked: The rooms were large and convenient location.
Disliked: I was told my booking payment didn't go through so I had to pay twice. Had to call several times to get a refund, still waiting on the refund. They are telling me i shpuld not book with booking again.

Disliked: This hotel should be gutted and rebuilt. You can tell It's old, it smells, not clean, walll paper on walls coming off, floors are filthy with grout coming out, no TV remote in room. Bathroom tin was gross, one of the nastiest hotels and I would never stay there again.
