My stay was quite satisfactory.

Liked: I love the beds. They are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are always so clean.
Disliked: The elevators haven’t worked the last two times I visited. They accommodate me by giving me a room near the stairs on the 2nd floor. Had my room been on a floor above that, I would’ve insisted on a room on the 1rst, or 2nd floor. I hope they get the elevators repaired soon.

Promises, but doesn't deliver.

Liked: Location was convenient, and although just off of Texas Avenue, there was no noise. Room was large and had a spa, which was cool.
Disliked: The ice machine didn't ice, the elevator didn't elevate, the gym didn't gym (was a closet sized room and didn't even have a treadmill.) The breakfast was, as perhaps in most american/Texan places, comprised of about 50 % refined sugar. Roaches and locusts inside. Wifi was slow and had frequent moments of no service.

Bad

My stay was great.

Liked: I stay at the same hotel every time I come to visit. The staff is always hospitable, and kind. The location is convenient, and easy to get to. The hotel is always clean. Thnk you so much.
Disliked: The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that the elevators weren’t working, but my room was on the 2nd floor right next to the stairs, and the exit door. So, even without the elevator working, I was able to come and go easily.

Bad

Disliked: lied about several amenities including a spa that has lumber stacked over it so no one gets in

Mega disappointing

Liked: Location is near campus.
Disliked: Elevator broken, roaches in the room, dirty sofa, dirty ceiling, broken curtains & generally a room that needs an renovation. Breakfast is cheap products. I rarely leave a bad review but for the game weekend prices we paid (almost $500 a night) it’s hard to swallow this experience. Will never stay again. Pool is super tiny, don’t be tricked by the photos.

Good

Liked: Spacious rooms. Clean, fresh. Staff very nice. Rooms were cleaned even though we didn't request it. Delicious breakfast. Lots of choices.
Disliked: Elevator broken. We were on 2nd floor. Common areas were warm...dead and live bugs in stairwell...big, finger legnth water bug.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was kind and helpfull
Disliked: The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor. My mother had knee surgery, so it was difficult for her to get up there, and I have asthma. The pool was terrible; the hot tub was covered with wood.
