No electric chargers, night clerk...

Liked: We booked online and it said the hotel had electric chargers. It doesn’t have electric chargers.
Disliked: The side parking lot ( where we parked) had mattresses thrown all over the area, old furniture everywhere, nothing organized, just thrown everywhere. There were people rummaging through the stuff. It doctor like a safe area (although the hotel was in a nice area). No hot water from the sink in the room and the shower/tub drained very slowly (standing in water while showering and about 10-15 minutes afterward).

Liked: Great price for a quick night driving across the country. Front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service and broken...

Liked: The best part of our stay was leaving before 6am.
Disliked: The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut or lock. I spoke with the front desk agent and her response was "do you need it to?" and completely dismissed my concern that our family of 5 couldn't use the bathroom in peace. The air conditioner didn't work properly through the night and we ended up leaving before 6am due to our kids not being comfortable and nobody in our party being able to sleep. Again mentioned this when I was checking out with no resolution. The bathroom was questionable with the shower full of rust and potential mold. The cleanliness standard is subpar at best. A poor representation for a hotel with such a decent rating.
