Me and my daughters went down and everything was empty she eventually filled it up and then my husband went down after us and she told him she had other people that needed to eat like he was nkt allowed to take what he wanted.

Disliked: Desk attendant was told about back door being propped open several times. She told me that the workers that stayed there went out to smoke and wasn’t anything they could do about it. I said “it’s not safe!”. She said “well your door was locked right? Then you were fine”. I was traveling with my two young daughters, I felt unsafe, other travelers in the back smoking pot, music and door propped open, she didn’t do anything and gave me attitude when I asked to talk to the manager in the morning. I paid way too much for an unsafe place to stay with my girls.

Liked: Location was easy on and off the interstate.
Disliked: The room was so dated. Inside the room all of the doors were paint chipped and scraped! Most of the hallway doors were in terrible condition! The bathroom was dated and I would not use the bathtub! The carpet next to my side of the bed had a big chunk out of it.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Easy off and on highway.
Disliked: Front desk male clerk was rude. Checked in got to room and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom (not even a toilet paper holder on the wall, it looked like it was torn off the wall). . Had to call front desk 4 times before anyone answered. We were tired from traveling all day. Informed the clerk that we needed toilet paper and he said we could come to the front desk to get it. When my husband said "we have to come and get it?" the clerk replied "well it's not like housekeeping is here at this time". So my husband went down to the desk and the same clerk ignored him. Another clerk was there (we assume shift change) and she asked how she could help him and the first clerk replied with a huge sigh (like we were inconveniencing him) "oh he's here to get toilet paper" and gave 1 roll. Never apologized that our room was not properly equipped.Room was poorly lit as there was only 1 lamp in the entire room by the bed, no lamp at the desk.Shower pressure was extremely low. Was difficult to get shampoo rinsed out of my hair. Not a place we will stay at again.
