Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: When we got off the elevator the hallway had a strange smell. The room smelled even stronger of chemicals. At some point during our first few minutes a leaned against the tv stand and my hand and shirt stuck to the stand. I realized that the smell was paint. They had painted some of the furniture earlier that day but still allowed guest to stay. They first offered to provide an air filtration system. The smell was giving me a headache at this point and they offered to change rooms. When we arrived at the second room it all seemed fine until we found the small roaches in the bathroom.

Liked: Very clean rooms.
Disliked: The fact that I was in a handicapped room, which I felt could have been reserved for someone who actually needed it, and the fact that the pool / parking lot lamps were shining through the cracks of the curtains all night.

Liked: What we did like about the hotel, was the friendliness of the staff. Although breakfast was included, the hotel didn't look clean enough for us to eat there.
Disliked: The hotel needs a massive cleaning! You can smell it in the carpet. Although the lobby smells clean, you can tell when a place isn't clean, once you step into the elevator. Although they have hand sanitizer dispensers next to the elevators, all of them were empty. The furniture in the room definitely needs to be updated. The couch looked so dirty, that I put a tarp (that I had in the vehicle), over it. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Although it says that no pets allowed, this could be because pets have previously wreaked havoc on this hotel. We chose this place because of the ratings. Those ratings were very inaccurate. However, I must say, that some people don't care about cleanliness, but we do. If you're looking to stay at a clean, comfortable place, this isn't the one. If you have any type of allergy, you definitely don't want to stay here.
