Very disappointing

Liked: The ladies at the desk were very sweet
Disliked: Outdated and not well kept! The rooms smelled my comforter had cigarette burns all up under the cover. Kids were smoking drugs in the hallway and the elevator smelled of marijuana however it was quite considering! The smoke alarm went off for 3hrs before they called the fire department and no one explained what was going on. When I checked out the same day, I asked the man at the counter what happened and he said the Carbon Monoxide Alarm had a bad battery not much information! Breakfast was pretty much non existent with powdered eggs and sausage every morning, the young lady working the breakfast was very sweet. Have stayed here many times over the years my last stay was in 2022 just sad to see a great hotel chain go down so fast very disappointing. Will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Facility was clean and neat...

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and professional. The facility was older and dated. The room was clean. Broken tiles on drive under canopy. Very loud door opening a losing in hall. Water was not very hot at night. Staff was biggest assist.

I want a full refund

Liked: The bed was wet from urine sheets.The manager had to find and kill the large roach in the room. The bed smelled horrible and the sheets had brown piss stains. Some spots were still wet.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness
