Nice room and facilities, but...

Liked: I would have given all high marks, except the linens on the bed were the worst I have ever had in any hotel. The blankets were THIN and all polyester...and not very warm. We found a blanket, but it was in bad shape.
Disliked: The bed was super comfortable and the lobby was beautiful.

Extremely disappointed and unhappy.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Safe did not work.Roaches crawling on wall.Carpet covered with hair. Knelt down on one knee to pick up an earring and had to use packing tape to get hair off the knee of black pants.Black hair in sink and on toilet. We both have white hair.
