Disappointing. The sheets and curtains...

Liked: Breakfast was tolerable
Disliked: Receptionist did not greet us in a professional manner. Every time we past by the front desk the receptionist was eating. Room key didn’t work probably. Myself and two other guests arrived at our rooms at the same time only to find neither of us could open our room door. We all had to go back downstairs to the receptionist desk to get more keys.

Would definitely stay again!

Liked: The lady working the desk during the day during the week was very friendly and gave good recommendations for restaurants. She was very personable and always had a smile and a kind word to the guests. Definitely someone you need to have on staff. The cleaning crew also looked to get along well as they were talking to guests as well as each other. Glad you are able to still find good help!
Disliked: The king bed in 124 was old and lumpy. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Outrage room was at end of hallway and truckers were parked there and were very loud leaving at 5 am
