The staff was nice and...

Liked: Breakfast had to be quick due to time constrants. Food was ok and good for the car ride to the airport.
Disliked: Our first room was infested with ants. They were on the bed and everywhere. It was a horrible seen to return after an evening affair and see these little ants crawling on the bed and all over our clothes. What a sight!

Horror movie come to life!

Liked: The staff was friendly & the pool was nice.
Disliked: The hotel has an infestation nightmare on their hands and the General Manager said she already knows about it. The beds are like lumpy cement and it’s impossible to get comfortable. The elevator buttons are all cracked & broken and they shock you when pressed. There’s rust/mold on all of the toilet paper holders, tub knobs, light fixtures, and almost every fixture in the room. The usb plugs are all broken and only one regular plug worked in the room. Toilet wouldn’t flush and tub wouldn’t drain. My daughter woke up at 2am covered in ants… it was like a horror movie :( When I spoke w/the GM - she already knew about the issues. I was just shocked at her “explanations” for the “situations”. She started w/the fact that the outside of the property had just been sprayed, so the bugs all rushed inside… and went to the mattress covers get very lumpy when washed causing the uncomfortable bed problem. I was speechless. We left very disappointed and learned our lesson about picking a higher priced hotel in that area thinking it would be nicer.
