Disliked: One of the staff “Nene” was rude and didn’t provide a good customer support. Basically took all the great things we found about the hotel and destroyed our opinion

Liked: Very well maintained and a very nice breakfast. My kids really enjoyed the hotel. It was for a quick trip to see snow.

Do not stay in this...

Liked: This is the only hotel I walked out on less than 20 minutes after I checked in.
Disliked: Oh, the list could go on... Hostile employee. Cash deposit for dog above the usual pet fee. Bad smell in rooms. Bed for elderly mother so high she could not get in. Broken side doors that were not allowed to be used. Did I mention the hostile reception clerk? Worst hotel experience. And we were not the only ones receiving poor treatment.

Very short the front desk...

Liked: We did not have much time to spend in the hotel it was just used for few hours of sleep due to flight cancellation. The room was big, clean and facility is very good. The location is not too far from ATL airport mostly highway driving about 20 minutes.
Disliked: On arrival which was 2:30am the desk person handed over letter from the manager that the reservation was cancelled by booking and as so the room was given to other people. Wow it was big surprise since I did not get any notification from booking nor from the hotel. In addition the desk was saying to us that the hotel is full and no room is available. After calling booking priority help line the booking person was managed to talk to the front desk lady and she was calling us and gave us a room. The all ordeal brought us to 3:30am.
