Liked: The breakfast was typical of this kind of place. The employee who was servicing the breakfast was excellent. She never stopped working and was available to answer any questions.
Disliked: I was on the third floor. There was a party going on out in the hall and it was late at night. Opening your door and requesting directly for a lowering of volume is usually not effective. I put in my earplugs and solved that problem. I saw another guest the next day who commented on it. She said she called the front desk and they took care of it.

Liked: The pool is warm and there is a hot tub.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited but the had large groups staying at the hotel while we were there.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool had a film on the surface. There were upwards to 50 people in the pool and hot tub area. There were children dominating the hot tub and sauna. Hot tubs are not for children. But I believe they turned the heat down (still NOT for children). People zero knocking on our friend’s door sr 3:00 AM. Large families were in the dining area, so the food was depleted. There was a little girl behind the desk “helping” because she lived at the hotel. It looked like a lot of families were living there, it made for a loud overcrowded common area. Disappointing.

Liked: The pool was small by well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was not very good.
