Liked: Easy freeway access and close to restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast was trash. Didn’t have plates, and there wasn’t a selection of food. There was only waffles and cereal. Carpet was really dirty in the hallways. TV didn’t work and phones didn’t work. Hotel is really outdated. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Until we find out conditions...
Liked: The price point of the hotel was great. There are eateries and attractions within walking distance, and it was very convenient.
Disliked: We enjoyed staying at this property, which was the reason for booking here. We have not stayed at the property in over a year, and to our dismay, the property is under new management and in an unacceptable condition. Before entering the hotel, the garbage cans on the outside are running over. We check into our room only to be told that the elevator is not working. A hotel guest who has been staying at the property (for several months) confided in us that it has not worked in months (The desk clerk made us believe that it would be fixed before our stay ended) not just a day or two. It would have been nice to have been told before our stay so to have made other arrangements. We were shown where to take the stairs and it was littered with trash. The carpeting throughout the hotel has not been steam cleaned in months. Every stain imaginable could be seen on the carpets. The first room that we were in (We had to change rooms because the television did not work) could not be connected and a remote was missing, so we had to walk downstairs (2 flights) to speak with the hotel staff (who was a college student, with no idea, and truly little experience in hospitality) for help. He moved us to another room which was better, but with television problems as well. The remote worked to change channels, but you needed to physically turn the television off by hand. Door Dash orders sat in the front of hotel rooms all weekend without being trashed. We checked in on Friday, Sunday, and it was still there. The exercise room had no keys to the treadmills and the air conditioner was not working. The ice machine was not working as well. This is a nice property and my Husband, and I were in awe of how fast the property has gone into disarray.
