Liked: Any concert I go to there, I will DEFINITELY be staying here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was decorated very nice. Clean rooms. We will absolutely stay again.

Liked: Very clean and the facility was nice and modern. Staff was friendly free drinks, popcorn and fruit along with a delicious complimentary breakfast! Location was great too!!

Massive room and great facilities....

Liked: Great value for money.
Disliked: Sound proofing wasn’t good, being woken at 5am by the neighbour’s alarm that did not get switched off until we asked receptionist to check on them at 7am, and foot steps above could also be heard.

Disliked: The main thing I remember was that a young family was placed in the room next to us. The walls were so thin that I could hear all their children yelling, laughing, screaming for hours in the early evening. It was too late to ask for another room, but perhaps you might have left a vacant room next door.

Liked: Smells amazing and is clean. Updated, they think of everything! They have an area where you can get extra towels or if u forgot a tooth brush etc so you don't have to feel guilty about asking front desk. They even offer fountain drinks and a snack area. Breakfast is great!
Disliked: The only tiny thing we didn't like was the pool was a little cold.
