All Around Great EVERYTHING

Liked: Great, amazing, stunning customer service and housekeeping is very great at their job. All around great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here at the Comfort Suites ☺️

EVerything was wonderful, except the...

Liked: ALmost eveything
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The sausage links were terrible. The eggs were runny. The sausage gravy looked like it was recycled from the previous day. The orange juice mix was way off. This is not an isolated issue. I've stayed at comfort suies in the past and the breakfast has never been good.

Disliked: The morning male front desk person (03/26/2025) needs to be trained on customer service. I am a church minister. This is the first time I dealt with such horrible individual. This man is rude.

Passable

Disliked: Roaches where in the room. The staff did offer to move rooms however I figured that if roaches where there then they would be in other rooms. The staff did spray the room while I was away one of the days. By the time that I left I did not see any more roaches within the room. This one fact reduced my view of this location. Outside of that the location was great. Very friendly staff. And I did have the king suite right by the breakfast location. (Room 122). The indoor pool was great.

There were a few little...

Liked: Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast options. Room was very clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Bedside light combo didn’t work on one side of the bed. TV remote was messed up. Couldn’t change channels or turn tv off with the remote. Unable to change channels on the tv itself, but we were able to at least turn it off with the button on the tv. Bed was very creaky every time we would climb onto the bed (very loud!), but once in bed it was fine.
