Great staff great hotel

Liked: very helpful staff, I had a few wants and the staff went out of their way to please, this hotel is a must stay , a person/ traveler can easily tell when the owners and management truly care, thank you
Disliked: I wish the couch and chair was focused towards the TV, but that's a minor issue

All in all the stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: I feel like they should redo the carpet. It was full of stains.

Liked: The lobby looked great. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were very old and run down. The shower curtain looked as if someone rolled around in the dirt and then wiped off with it. I killed a cockroach in the shower. The carpets are so dirty. The hallway smelled of straight pot which then made our room smell. I told the desk but it never got any better. We bought air fresher to help.

No tv for a one...

Liked: The breakfast was good the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our 1st room had the head board detached from the wall and leaning on the bed. They did move us to another room with no problem. Our second room the TV did not work. No one answered the calls to come fix it.

The location was perfect ,...

Liked: Swimming, pool was small, so wasn’t packed . The location was perfect. The room was spacious enough
Disliked: The rail to get get out the pool kept coming out the ground, not safe ., the room wasn’t cleaned completely and was awaken to mice running in my kids snack bag,had blood smudging on bathroom door
