Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The halls and elevator was dirty, on the 2nd day our room keys stopped working. We asked to be close and we were on different floors on opposite sides of the building

Liked: I liked the location, which is why we booked it.
Disliked: Everything else. For some reason the hotel ran my credit card before we arrived, which they wer supposed to due when we arrived. They said it was declined, but it showed up on my account as pending. The person working the desk was untrained and very unprofessional (she kept blaming Booking.com). Eventually, we were denied a room because I wouldn't run my credit card. After we left, they ran my credit card, again. All charges were reversed, but it was an hour or hell. We stayed somewhere else and it wasn't through Booking.com.

Liked: I found a roach In my room when I arrived. I told the front desk & they told me I would be compensated but when I checked out the manager disregarded my complaint about the roach
