Liked: We had a great stay. Seemed very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was that the ironing board looked really dirty and the iron was not clean.

Disappointing

Disliked: I stayed in a room beside the stairwell. Obnoxious guests kept running up and down the stairs throughout the night. Hardly got any sleep

Be back next trip

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We will definitely be back on our next trip.
Disliked: We didn’t like that we didn’t have enough time on our trip to try the pool. That is not the hotels fault. We will be back to try it out next time.

Decent stay but my room...

Liked: The lobby was inviting and comfortable.
Disliked: My room was not clean. The bedsheets and pillow cases were stained. I found a chewed up bottle cap between the made sheets when I got into the room. There was also a gummy left on the floor that I had to fish out of my 2 yr old mouth.

Liked: Decent price, decent suite. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, especially the waffles!
Disliked: We booked the room ONLY for the indoor pool to take our kids swimming, the water was FREEZING. Wasn’t aware that their indoor pool wasn’t heated. So it was kind of a waste of money for us.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Pool was cold, but the staff told me a part was on back order. The kids still swam but was not warm like everyone was hoping for. Hopefully will have fixed by states for WV High School Wrestling.
