Inconsiderate house keepers.

Disliked: They can take more pride in their cleaning and every time I ask for a late ck out, house keeping is trying to kick me out 30 mims before. Yesterday I was getting dressed in the bathroom with bathroom door opened. Thank goodness for the little safety lash on the door. House keeping didn't knock, they just tried to swing door wide open, with a lot of force. It scared me to the point that I screamed loud. 5 mins later they came back, i went out there and let them know what time ck out is at, and for them not to be coming trying to open door. They also didn't have an iron in the bedroom PS they need to also check for burned light bulbs I'm roomsThat is just the rudest

good location for proximity to...

Liked: breakfast was fairly ordinary for this tier of hotel. usual fare, and selection.
Disliked: rooms facing the freeway I-35 were noisy. if given a choice, i would have selected a room on the other side of the building, away from the traffic noice.
