Linens were clean and bathroom was clean but carpets throughout the hotel were nasty.

Disliked: Carpet and couch were covered in stains.

Disliked: I didn't like how the lady at check-in was a little rude, and I didn't like how the charge 150 cash deposit. But it's alright. I will still book here again

Liked: Proximity to interstate and shopping.
Disliked: Not as clean as I had expected. My room wasn’t cleaned even after I requested it. Shower sprayed out onto the floor. Requested more towels due to this and was told they didn’t have any because they were all being cleaned. Was told I would get some once they were dry and never did. Requested more coffee for my room and never received that either. Many issues with the keycard not working. Had to get assistance getting into my room several times.

Disliked: I could not stay there. The smoke detector was beeping and they would not fix it . They said there were no other rooms available. The person at the front desk was not helpful. Management tried to refuse refunding me the next day but agreed to after a complaint was filed.At the same time I was having problems another guest came to the desk to complain about stains in her bed.

Disliked: The only reason I rated them poorly is how they handle the situation Chrissy the district manager not accommodating us to another room or giving a refund back due to ants in the room and on the bed. Also the rep Hayley for lying and pretending to be Vanessa another manager and giving me a number that she knew was coming back directly to them when I called.
