Linens were clean and bathroom was clean but carpets throughout the hotel were nasty.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Carpet and couch were covered in stains.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. We did get our two rooms very close to each other which was greatly appreciated. Staff wanted to be helpful with whatever was going on.
Disliked: Some confusion with credit card. Staff tried to help. Bank said it should not have happened, and it could have been the bank's fault. PRIVATE INFO -- DO NOT POST

Liked: Nothing, the hotel was a huge disappointment, when told about the bugs in the room all they said to the maid, go spray again - AGAIN! Stains on towels, lopsided bed, bathroom in disrepair, unfriendly staff. Cold breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing other then close to destination

Once was a nice hotel,...

Liked: Proximity to interstate and shopping.
Disliked: Not as clean as I had expected. My room wasn’t cleaned even after I requested it. Shower sprayed out onto the floor. Requested more towels due to this and was told they didn’t have any because they were all being cleaned. Was told I would get some once they were dry and never did. Requested more coffee for my room and never received that either. Many issues with the keycard not working. Had to get assistance getting into my room several times.
