Exceptional
Liked: The location was good. Staff,polite. Breakfast was probably the best free breakfast I ever had.
Disliked: The rooms could use some updates for the price. All gym equipment wasn't functional. But other than that, it was ok.

I will stay here again
Liked: the breakfast was really good. the location was in a great location to where I needed to go.
Disliked: there wasn't a smoke alarm in the room but I didn't notice until the morning I was leaving

Disliked: No one came and cleaned up my room and when I asked the lady to come clean up the room and make the bed up, she never showed up. I slept in dirty bed for six days.

Our experience did not match...
Liked: Nothing to like
Disliked: We chose this hotel based on the fact we had stayed in 3 other Comfort Suites on this trip and based on the reviews. This facility was nothing like anything we had experienced. Roaches. Terrible bed. The room smelled musty and gross. Sketchy area. Adult store directly in front of the hotel. We could hear water pouring off the bottom of the elevator. We opted to use the stairs so had to climb 3 floors but felt safer than the elevator. We left without eating breakfast just to get out.
