Liked: Microwave and tv didn’t work, door kept getting jammed sheets bed had stains. Place reaked of smoked cigarettes

This place was a good...

Liked: We had a king suite. Was a great size of room!
Disliked: The bed was too hard

Disliked: The swimming pool had a broken light (not mounted flush against wall) & was extremely cloudy indicating water chemistry issues. Breakfast line was long with few options and long wait for those.

Disappointing

Liked: It looked nice
Disliked: The water wasn’t hot and the curtains didn’t close ac wouldn’t come on tube need to be clean

Didn’t get much sleep after...

Liked: The location was good. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: There was a cockroach in our room. The pool area was cold and we asked if they could warm the area up with the result. The elevator shut on my arm making me spill my coffee on me. When I reported what happened they did give me some laundry soap but we had to spend money washing my hoodie that we were not prepared to spend. The morning we checked out the elevator that shut on me broke down so we had to use the stairs from the 3rd floor several times.
