Unwilling to work with me

Liked: Close to the pavilion
Disliked: I had to pay $197 for a room because I booked the day early by accident. I lost my initial booking and had to pay for a huge room I didn’t need.

It's not the best, but...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, AC worked amazing, and the bed was pretty comfortable. They also had a little goodie bag with a hand written not in our room, I thought, was a nice extra little touch.
Disliked: The room looked clean until we actually looked, stains on the side of bed and couch. There was hair on the blanket, and you could tell it definitely wasn't deep cleaned. The bathroom door was messed up, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Liked: It was close to the venue we were going to.
Disliked: The room we were initially put in smelled like smoke that was covered up with horrible cleaning supplies. We went straight to the front desk and were assigned a new room with no questions asked. There was a very loud noise in the middle of the night and we woke the next morning to our shower head on the floor of the tub.
