Liked: It was nice inside, clean and decorated nicely for Holiday! Staff was amazing, room was clean, housekeeping was great, bed was comfortable and i actually loved the location.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok. Same thing every other day. Just a little more variety in the hot food but otherwise it was good.

Liked: Convenient Location off the highway
Disliked: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. In fact it was nearly impossible to sleep on it. IT SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED AS A LOCATION TO SLEEP. THE CUSTOMER CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR A SLEEPNESS NIGHT.

Liked: Location to interstate was excellent as well as to restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The tv in the room and in the breakfast area kept losing the broadcast. It would just freeze up. May have had sonething to do eith the frigid temps.

Overall, it was OK and...

Liked: Great location, easy, check-in process, ample parking, hot tub, and arcade for the kids
Disliked: Some of the egg and cheese omelettes were still frozen, but set out for consumption. I couldn’t even put my knife through it. When I went into the bathroom, I could hear everything. The people in the room next to me were saying, and they weren’t even talking about normal room volume. It almost seemed magnified and extra loud. Very off-putting. This was our second time there this week, and both times we had to go upstairs to use an ice machine because the one right down the hall from us on our floor was broken.
