Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. Crappy coffee , horrible eggs,stale muffins and bagels.

Good value.

Liked: Rooms were very large. It was quiet. Beds comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok. The hot tub was not working. Toiletries were just ok.

Liked: The breakfast was half decent.
Disliked: Everything!! First the website stated spa which when we arrived, they advised it had been broken for 6 weeks! Kids stated the pool was so cold they wouldn’t even swim. Was woken up after midnight to the room next to us partying very loudly!!!( which we were on the first floor where the front desk could hear the noise) go out complain to the front desk, he follows behind me goes to the door which was propped open from the door lock. He knock to which he says I’ve been advised of the loud noise coming from this room and the just shut the door on him, and he just goes back to the front desk and the partying continues until 1:30am. When I asked to complain to corporate they told me they don’t do that and no refunds just can do this review!!! Pathetic customer service
