Something needs to be done...

Disliked: The young man at the desk that had his hair shaved off on one side was very very very very disrespectful and rude. I had a serious issue and he refused. And he stated he could not help me at all and he said he had to get off the phone no more to say to me. I told him I have a reservation. He said he didn't care. This is the worst at any hotel that I was treated and spoken to like that.
