Liked: The breakfast was varied and fresh every day. Very helpful with requests. It was very quiet while we were there.
Disliked: Not next to a grocery store or gas station for those impulse cravings.

Quiet, safe, and comfortable

Liked: Nice layout of the room. Like the couch and patio. The free breakfast switches every morning and it hot and fresh. It was quite clean hotel that I felt safe to be at.
Disliked: I had to go on Booking.com to extend my stay when my new unit wasn't open on the promised date. I would have been nice to just extend it in person on the rates I got on Booking. It's kind of isolated from other shops, so you need to go grocery shopping before you go to the hotel because there isn't a gas station or stores near by for quick purchases.

It was very pleasant experience.

Liked: The breakfast was nice! Maintenance and domestic staff were very helpful and reassuring. Decent, the location is what’s important.
Disliked: The bathroom ceiling started leaking heavily and I wish they had just given us a new room immediately instead of having maintenance come up to do a check of the situation, while we couldn’t even use the bathroom because of the leak that we had woken up to, 30 minutes dealing with that issue. The front desk employees did not have any resolve to remedy the situation. Weak plumbing in general as well. It’s an old building

Liked: Spacious room with hot tub.
Disliked: The mattress was too hard. There could have been 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The pool area was not very attractive

Liked: The room was quite spacious. The jetted tub was lovely.
Disliked: The tv was confusing, there was no guide and the printed off sheet was wrong. The back corner with the sofa could use some lighting and an end table.
