Disliked: Our truck and one other got broken into over night. When we notified the front desk he just brushed it off and said “huh that does not normally happen” he was ZERO help and didn’t seem to care what so ever. When we got home we realized we did not make it home with our luggage. We think during the whole ordeal we may have sat it down in the lobby. We called the hotel twice and were told the would contact us they needed to reach the one who was on duty at the time. We have still not received a call back. The second time we asked forManager on duty to review video footage of break in and to see if they could see if we left our luggage or if it fell from the truck. We were told the one who answered the call could help us and we didn’t need a manager and yes, still no return call. Just for safety reasons I would never consider staying here again!

Disliked: Beds were super uncomfortable. Beds, pillows and sheets are worn out and needs to be cycled out for new ones. Back hurts so bad from the concave beds, otherwise everything else is ok.
