Room and breakfast were great...

Liked: the Breakfast was wonderful and the area was very clean, the rooms were spacious and clean
Disliked: the front desk clerk was very rude not just once or twice but three times me or my family ask her a question she was snappy and smart and very rude, i also talked to other people who traveled with me and they said the same thing She wouldn't even talk to me when i ask her about breakfast she just looked at me like i was stupid and pointed at a sign across the roomthe indoor pool was ice cold the whole wrestling team had to stay in the hot tub and couldn't use the pool so thats somting they should avertise on the website or tell you when you call to make reservations because thats one of the reasons we picked this hotel is for the team to be able to play and swim together.

Beautiful view with relaxing time

Liked: The area was nice. Lots of stuff to do and the view was beautiful.
Disliked: The rude people and their kids in the hot tube area. They were drinking and not caring how their children acted. They were throwing towels on ventilation system and screaming, blaming noodles on water and floor. Kept knocking into me and my husband and not apologizing. Other than that the hotel was great. Not hotels fault just rude people. Thank you

Liked: The mattress seemed to be in good condition.
Disliked: The room was not clean. There was tomato sauce on the carpet, a sticker on the bathroom floor, and grime on the wall above the bath and on the shower handle. The condition of the room was worn- paneling coming off the wall in various places, the cold water faucet on the spa tub did not work, and wires and hardware were hanging from behind the television. The ice vending room was empty and the outlet showed signs of electrical damage. The pool facility was poor. There was mold/mildew/rust throughout the pool room and paint on the floor was chipping. The shower in the pool room did not work. The jets in the hot tub were strong, but the water was discolored and had an odor. We checked out after 2 hours due to the poor conditions here and booked a room at Hampton Inn down the road. It was MUCH cleaner and priced comparably.

Liked: The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a very stressful trip/day, and the hot tub was superb for easing the stress. The breakfast was very satisfying and much appreciated!
Disliked: We were on the highway side of the hotel, and the traffic was right outside our window. I'm not used to that much noise, so we didn't sleep very well. But the room was so nice and comfortable. Made it easy to relax. Even though the pool was inside, it was freezing, so again, I was so glad for the spa!
