Liked: In general the room was clean.
Disliked: The room didn’t have air conditioning not ac nor heat, the location is not good because big trailers and cars pass by there and make a lot of noise, and the controller of the tv wasn’t working, not even the TV was working.

Liked: It looked like a great place to stay
Disliked: Well when I made reservations I was asked about any special requests. So I requested a suite with a jacuzzi tub. Got an email after saying my request had been granted. When she got there they told her no they didn’t have 1 and put her in a regular room. Then she woke up the next morning with her eye swollen shut and broke out in a rash. She went down stairs and told the front desk. They act like they could care less. Told her she couldn’t get a refund bc we booked the room for 3 days. Now you tell me with all that you would have slept there another 2 nights. So they pretty much ripped me off and got my money for 2 days that nobody stayed

Liked: The breakfast was good and staff were friendly
Disliked: The pool isn't heated like it said. The TV didn't work and even if it did the place they had the pull out couch you couldn't see the TV and when you pull the sofa out for the bed ppl can't get by to go to the bathroom at night. They also refused to give a discount because we made our reservation through booking.com

Liked: Good location close to convenience stores, restaurants and the highway. Staff was great, hotel was clean and quiet.
Disliked: We were really bummed that the pool was not heated!! Apparently the heater is broken, but was still a bummer. We enjoyed the hot tub and kids braved the pool.

Liked: Dee was wonderful at the front desk. The hotel was decorated and a lot of small touches made the hotel was honey and comfortable. Loved the coat hooks and how big the room was. Just very nice.
