Horrible

Liked: Pool was cold, toilet was clogged when we got there and they had us come down to get the plunger and fix it and asked us to bring it back rather than take care of it themselves seeing as how it was like that and we called the second we got to the room. Then they called our room at 11:45 pm waking up our 2 toddlers to ask if my husband would pick a man up from the floor. Completely inappropriate.

Liked: Was locked out of our room with 4 children for almost 3 hours due to our door breaking. Would not give me contact information for management. Soda sleeper had stains on mattress.

Disliked: The front desk staff was not personable. Our window did not close so a draft came in loudly especially while sleeping and the noise outside during the night when we were trying to sleep. None of the outlets worked in the bathroom. The pool was ice cold. Website stated there was a crib and when we checked in he said they didn’t have any available.

Liked: 1. Our reservation was pay at property and the card was ran 3 days in advance. When I called to ask what happened, we were told that we could change payment at property when we checked in. It was just a pre-auth to secure our room. That was not the case. We checked in around 5 and we were told the building owner had ran all of the cards before they left for the day and we could not change payment. If there were clear communication between employees and expectations on the stay reservation, this probably could have prevented booking issues. 2. Our room did not have bedding for the sofa bed. The shower flooded the bathroom/small hallway in our room and we had to get extra towels twice. However, our room said we would have a tub (cool, small children, love that) but it did not. 3. There was trash under the sofa bed. 4. The man working the front desk was the only employee at this building on a sold out night. He was the saving grace so many people. A lady’s door wasn’t working and he truly did his best to accommodate her and her group. This man was running around doing it all! He even caught us before we left to let us know we left our suits in the bathroom. He deserves a raise! An actual ring leader of a circus this place had going on. 5. The location is fantastic!

Liked: Beds were comfortable and clean. Food was a solid continental breakfast meh.
Disliked: When we arrived our toilet was backed up with poop (from previous tenents) and when we asked for someone to clean it they told us to plunge it ourselves. We asked to be moved and told it wasn't possible. So my husband valiantly tried to plunge it for 20 minutes and then called again and said you need to call someone. The staff member who had been less than helpful, told us to plunge it ourselves, finally called the owner about the situation and a room mysteriously opened that hadn't been opened beforehand.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and staff was great.
Disliked: The beds were extremely hard and made sleep impossible. The pool was very cold.

Liked: I liked the room! Also I appreciated having tv shows where I did not have to use my provider. The bed was comfortable!
Disliked: The drive was hard to find in the dark. Breakfast was not too healthy! I would appreciate more fruit.
