Very poor

Uncomfortable stay with little sleep

Liked: Room size was good. Room was clean
Disliked: Very noisy. No seal around room door. Large gaps around door so hall noise was very loud. Road noise was very loud also. Pillows were very large and uncomfortable. One size only. My head was raised up high and my neck hurt. Shower did not drain well, so your feet were in a rising puddle while showering. Side entrance door was broken, so guests were propping door open.

the good & the bad

Liked: comfortable, clean room.
Disliked: breakfast was a disaster. the container that held the eggs & meat was lukewarm at best. I did not feel that the food was safe to eat. the whole food & coffee area was disgustingly dirty. it was so bad, I didn't even want coffee. I ended having to go out and pay for breakfast when it was supposed to be included.

Liked: Room was huge. Felt like royalty. The bed was extremely comfortable. If my travels ever take me this way again, I will definitely stay with your facility. Totally satisfied.

Liked: Great value, the bed super comfy!
Disliked: The bathroom floor was sticky, not sure if it was not mopped prior to our arrival, or if it was just residue from the cleaner.
