Disliked: We were NOT able to stay at comfort suites. They denied us a room because we had a dog. Said the could not "accommodate us." Nowhere did I see they did not accept pets. Then the person on the phone said we COULD stay with our pet for another $250...terrible service. We had to find another place to stay.

So bad I left.

Disliked: I didn't stay. The motel was dark and uninviting in the lobby. We checked in close to 4 and there wasn't a clean room for us. When he located a "clean" room and we went to it. It was rank with the smell of urine. There was no way I would spend the night there
