Good stay

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Water pressure. Breakfast didn't keep it stalked.

Liked: Close proximity to EKU campus
Disliked: This hotel is WAY overpriced and we will never stay at this location again. We had a group of sports girls staying at this hotel. In our room, we had mold/mildew in the bathroom and what appeared to be mold (maybe just very dirty?) where the wallpaper seam had had split from the wall a few inches, near the AC unit, for about 5 feet. The room smelled stale/!musty and we all woke up with sore throats and completely stuffy heads. One of the rooms in our party had bed bugs, which lead to everyone double checking beds. One of the desk workers was friendly, the other was not. No one working there had a name or work shirt, just street clothes. We brought back take-out dinner and asked if we could use the breakfast tables to eat. The friendly lady replied, “sure, as long as you clean up”. As we were picking up trash and pushing in chairs, a reception worker came in and said “can you help me out, I’ve already cleaned this area today”. She placed cleaning spray, towels, trash bags on the table and brought us a broom and dustpan. We were a little shocked by that! We had young adults and older teenagers with us, we did not make a big mess. There were other groups also eating on the area. Totally bad experience over all.

Liked: Continental breakfast choices were very limited. The coffee was terrible; I dumpled it out after one sip.
Disliked: Quiet. Good location.

Liked: Definitely needs an update! The 'greeting room' with those outdated chairs gave me a negative view...very clean. Comfortable bed, ..Hopefully an update will result on a bright, welcoming feel......

Would pick another motel next...

Disliked: I have stayed in many Comfort Inns and this was shabbier than most. The sink faucet was only a drizzle, not really enough to brush your teeth. I did not take a shower so I don't know about it.

NEVER again!! Staff was rude....

Liked: It was close to event we were attending.
Disliked: Our room was gross. Holes in sheets. Broken curtains. Smelled bad. Tub was rusty. Remote didn’t work. The dresser was broken. Literally cracked on the one side.

The worst experience I’ve ever...

Liked: Nothing -
Disliked: There were bed bugs, the staff was terrible !!!! People were eating in the dinning area, the staff gave those people a broom, cleaners and cloths and asked them to wipe up tables and sweep. People pay to stay there- that was unexpectable. Rude,
