Disliked: The breakfast area was way too crammed. Also not as much options as other hotels

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location, a little out of the city, so it was quiet. Room was spacious, and clean. Fitness facility was well maintained, clean, equipment in good order. Comp breakfast was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. This was our third stay in as many years at this location. Always come back because we are happy with it.
Disliked: Room appeared to be starting to show signs of wear, ie the carpet seemed to be lifting and buckling in places.

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Not enough food for everyone. Very limited choice.Coffee in the lobby was ice cold. Coffee in the room is not enough.

Liked: It seemed clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The windows were terrible. You could see daylight and feel a draft around the sides of the window even though it was closed and locked. It literally sounded like it was open with the nearby traffic.

Disappointing

Disliked: Plug ins didn't work to plug my car in and staff didn't seem to care didn't offer later checkout so my family had to sit in the lobby while I tried to get it started in -50 Hard to get a hold of staff
