First night was noisy. Second...

Liked: Breakfast selections were great. I am vegetarian so I had eggs and potatoes. The hotel was kind enough to move us to a room facing the parking lot which was much quieter.
Disliked: The rooms that face the highway are noisy. You may consider installing sound proof windows. The attendant that checked us in was flat - no smiles and she appeared to mumble which made her speech difficult to understand.

Disliked: I booked this for my cousin who lives out of state and the front desk refused to let her check in, even though her name was on the reservation.

Rethinking another stay there

Disliked: Morning staff was rude and lacked accommodation. I came in for breakfast at 8:20…no eggs, waited until 8:35 and no staff were around to ask. Went to the front to ask if we could get eggs and was told “ I don’t think so, let me find out”. Her tone was rude. Waited another 5 minutes and another very rude woman came out saying “ there will be no more eggs, you have to choose from what is left”. Breakfast is advertised as being served until 9am. The fact that I did not have protein was one issue but their rudeness was intolerable. Rethinking about our next trip.(we have stayed there many times) will also be making a report to corporate as I asked to speak with the manager, Shaun, and was told he would call me, which he never did.Poor customer service, not able at this point to suggest this location.
