Liked: Qe really like it, to begin with: the staff was super friendly and helpful, we can even gave us a coupon for a discount for our dinner; facilities very clean, room spacious and a perfect location for our trip

Liked: Good breakfast.sofa bed was also comfortable.Rooms were quite clean.
Disliked: I was stranded in the lift for nearly 30 mins. There was only one staff in the reception and she was the only person who tried to do everything to get the lift working. But it left me stranded for nearly 30 mins alone and I missed going to one of the attraction spot with my group because of this. I was told I would be compensated but didn't see any follow-up action from the team.

Disliked: I was unable to stay there because I lived to close to the hotel. My fiancée broke up with me and I had no where to go. I thought I had a reservation, but was notified by the hotel later in the day that they could not accommodate me. Ended up having to go home and uncomfortably stay with him. It was devastating.
