"Pet Friendly" does not include...

Disliked: The hotel refused us a room when discovering that a cat was our pet. There was no indication on the website that dogs were the only pets allowed. The site simply said, "pet friendly".I asked the gentleman working that night to refund the room charge, and he said because it was done through BOOKING.COM that he had no control and it would have to be issued from them.I requested a refund from the hotel and Booking.com over a month ago and have heard nothing.

So, this is my first...

Liked: Well, the things that I liked were the elevator, hotel room, hotel service, the television, couch, bed, and table. I noticed that there was a vending machine on the first floor next to the ice machine and on the third floor as well. I didn't use the vending machine during my stay. I also liked the indoor swimming pool as well. I also liked the breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: The things I didn't like were the bathroom door making noise, when I open the bathroom door, it started making noise which I was not expecting.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. They made the stay great.

Liked: Very comfortable with a great breakfast.
Disliked: We had a handicap room which was fine, but the lighting around the bathroom sink is sorely deficient.
